We hope you love your Voom Sonic products as much as we do, but we also know that personal care is personal. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund of your item (excluding original shipping costs).
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@voomsonic.com. A member of our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not ship your order back without first contacting us, as we’re unable to process refunds for undocumented returns.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Return postage is not included and may be deducted from your total refund.
- A handling fee may apply.
- Be sure to keep your return tracking number, as we cannot refund items that are not delivered to our designated returns address.
Retail Returns
If you purchased your Voom Sonic product from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for return and refund options. We are only able to process returns for items purchased directly from voomsonic.com.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind our products and want every experience with Voom Sonic to be exceptional. If you received a product that’s defective or arrived damaged, please reach out to help@voomsonic.com. We'll make it right.
